Larry Crow was born in St.Petersburg, Florida and has been a practicing attorney in Florida since 1984. He is a graduate of St. Petersburg High School , the University of South Florida and University of Florida College of Law. Larry has served on numerous civic boards and organizations in his professional career including the Fire Pension Board of Tarpon Springs, Florida, the HRS District Advisory Committee, President of the Florida Autism Association, and is a member of numerous Chambers of Commerce in North Pinellas County.
Larry served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1994 through 2002 and during his tenure was Chairman of several Committees, including the Real Property and Probate Committee, Banking and Finance, Co-Chairman of Legislative Reapportion and Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. During his Legislative career he campaigned for numerous causes including ridding the State of arsenic wood in children’s playgrounds, heading the Impeachment Committee which ultimately received a resignation of Judge Robert Bonnano of Hillsborough County. Larry was instrumental in fighting for bills regarding protection of the environment and our childrens welfare. He also served as an attorney representing Robert and Mary Schindler, the parents of Terry Schaivo. He has received numerous Distinctions and Awards including the President’s Award for the Florida Bar, and the Legislator of the Year Award from the Sierra Club in 2002. He currently serves as statewide legal counsel for ABATE of Florida, Inc., a Motorcycle Rights Advocates’ Organization. Larry is authorized to practice law in all state courts throughout Florida.

JERRY THEOPHILOPOULOS, Esq.
Jerry Theophilopoulos graduated from Eckerd College in 1990 with a B.A. degree in International Business. In 1995, Jerry graduated with Honors from the Uniiversity of Miami School of Law (Cum Laude Honors). While at the University of Miami, Jerry was selected as a member of the Moot Court Board for his oral advocacy skills. While in law school he also studied at the University of Florida College of Law for one semester where he earned Dean's List Honors and also studied at Stetson College of Law for one year where he earned Honors. Jerry is the first student in Florida to ever earn the distinction of studying at all three Law Schools while earning Honors at each Law School. While at Stetson College of Law, Jerry was awarded the Paul Barnard Award for Clinical Excellence in his trial works with the Pulbic Defender's Clinic. Jerry worked at the Public Defender's Office in Pinellas County from 1995 through 2000 and in 1999 he was awarded the Trial Attorney of the Year Award.
Jerry is very active in his community and serves as a Board of Director for St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Tarpon Springs, Florida. As the attorney for the West Florida Confederation of Clubs, North Florida Confederation of Clubs and the South Florida Confederation of Clubs, Jerry is instrumental in protecting the rights of motorcyclists throughout not only Florida, but the United States. He is also a lifetime member of the motorcycle rights group known as ABATE.
Jerry concentrates his practice in the areas of Personal Injury (both Automobile and Motorcycles) and in Federal and State Criminal Law. He has in excess of 100 jury trials in our Courts in the State of Florida. Jerry is licensed to practice law in all State Courts in Florida as well as the U.S. Middle District Court, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association and the Florida Justice Association.
